On Saturday September 2nd, Everett Advisory Partners’, Dr. Josephine Bennett conducted a workshop at the University of Southern Indiana’s DE&I Conference, “From Moment to Movement.” Dr. Bennett presented information on the metrics that should be considered when analyzing DE&I data. According to Dr. Bennett, the goal of the workshop was to offer a very practical approach to what data should be collected to achieve measurable organizational outcomes related to DE&I. We are proud of the efforts of Dr. Bennett to provide practical solutions for addressing such an important topic. Finding ways to view and address DE&I data is key to making real progress in our workplaces.
