Ms. Narrell-Mead‘s work with community and regional banks includes organizational design, merger integration, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Ms. Narrell-Mead began her career in banking with AmSouth Bank, and was most recently EVP at Cadence Bank. Prior to her career in banking, she was an attorney.

Peter D. Brown

President, Southwest Region and Senior Managing Director

Mr. Brown is a credit risk executive with extensive experience in credit workouts and loan restructuring, governance and strategy programs for risk management and compliance, loan administration, OREO administration, and asset/note sale strategies. Mr. Brown has worked on mergers, both in a diligence and post-merger integration capacity. Mr. Brown has a successful track record of optimizing collections on classified assets, devising innovative initiatives that maximized recoveries on over $12 billion in classified assets and loans during his career. His work experience spans C&I lending, Commercial Real Estate, Aircraft, Agriculture, Residential Mortgage and Consumer Loans. Mr. Brown has served in executive positions with Cadence Bank, Southwest Securities, Greenpoint Commercial Real Estate, Capital One, and Hibernia National Bank.

Jimmy Horn

Business Process Strategist and Consultant

Operations executive with 43 years experience providing leadership in loan, deposit and credit card operations.  Led and managed systems and business systems and business analysts for lending and deposit systems.  Additionally, managed treasury and item capture operations.  Built and managed large scale project teams for projects such as mergers, divestitures, system upgrades as well as loan sales and purchases.

Ms. Suzanne McCusty has 25 years’ experience in the banking industry with extensive expertise in Treasury Services for business and commercial customers.  She began her career with Sovran Bank, and served as a senior product manager at Bank of America and Treasury Services project manager on the Wells Fargo and Wachovia Merger. Since 2010 she has worked with community and regional banks, leading implementation of Treasury Management products, designing internal controls to mitigate fraud risk, and developing product pricing strategies. She is a Certified Treasury Professional and Six Sigma Green Belt.

Sam Harris

Human Resources, Business Development

Sam Harris has been developing solutions for large firms in the Automobile Manufacturing and Banking industries for more than 13 years. His focus areas during his career have focused on employee relations, people analytics, training, and change management, and he has several years of experience in leading teams to reach organizational goals.

Sam attended Mississippi State University, where he obtained both his undergraduate degree as well as his MBA. Throughout his career, Sam has worked to achieve bottom line results through organizations’ Human Resource functions.

In his Business Development role, Sam is able to diagnose issues and opportunities for Everett’s clients to improve their organizational strategy and morale, and also work to ensure that the fulfillment of solutions to achieve those companies’ goals are executed.

Ms. Carter served in Change Management & Service Delivery and its predecessor with Bank of America for 25 years. During her tenure, she led many highly complex system conversions, infrastructure upgrades, merger integration and rationalization efforts undertaken by Bank of America, Nations Bank and NCNB. Ms. Carter was nationally recognized for her project management leadership in core system conversions. Ms. Carter expertise spans loan and deposit operations, information security, engineering services and trust operations. Ms. Carter has is a Certified Six Sigma green belt.

Donna Osborne

Operations Enhancement, Transformation and Merger Integration Project Management, Principal

Ms. Osborne began her career with Suburban Trust Company in 1980, and joined Sovran Bank in 1985. She has 20 years of experience with merger integration, serving as the PMO lead for deposit system conversions in over 12 major bank mergers, automation and outsourcing initiatives, and technology transformation projections. Ms. Osborne also managed production support for Consumer Banking at Bank of America, led Fraud Management and was Change Management Executive for e-Commerce. Her work at Bank of America was nationally recognized. Ms. Osborne is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.

Teresa Ramirez

Ms. Ramirez served in Change Management and with Bank of America and predecessors for 25 years. During her tenure, she worked on many complex systems conversions, infrastructure upgrades, merger integration, and rationalization efforts undertaken by Bank of America, Nations Bank, and NCNB. Ms. Ramirez expertise spans loan and deposit operations, banking center, and ATM operations.

Caleigh Parsons began her recruiting career in 2002 and, since then, has consulted with bank clients of all sizes throughout the United States and with candidates at all levels and various stages of their career.

Caleigh also has experience as an internal recruiter for one of the country’s largest banks, which gives her a unique and holistic perspective on talent acquisition. She is able to combine her experience as a retained executive recruiter, an internal recruiting partner, and an external contingency search professional to offer her clients and candidates a full array of services, viewpoints, and counsel.

Corie Robinson is a SHRM and HRCI Certified Executive who serves as Director of Human Capital for Everett Partners. With over 20 years of HR expertise, Corie’s unique strategic background in corporate HR advisement, employee relations, executive recruiting and legal discretion have benefited her clients with proven success. Prior to working with Everett Advisory, Corie served as Director of Financial Services for Taylor Mead serving clients in the banking and financial industry. This followed her role as Senior HR Partner with BBVA Compass Bank having oversight in Retail, Corporate and CEO Control Units. She provided leadership, guidance and enhancement on Employee Relations, Policies & Practices, Managerial Training Programs, Employee Handbook improvements and Employee Engagement methodologies. Corie also served as HR Manager for Regions Bank in the Retail and Risk areas following her role for many years as HR Manager for Home Depot.
